Field Operations Office Coordinator

  • Send rate confirmation emails with onboarding information to new freelancers in compliance with HR guidelines
  • Follow-up on new hire background checks to make sure they are completed & cleared in a timely manner
  • Update online Field Operations crew database to ensure information is current, including crew contact information, rates on file & background check status
  • Research & onboard freelancers around the country to build database of “eligible to hire” crew
  • Assist Coordinators in updating hire emails for freelancers already onboarded
  • Assist HR in communicating background check renewals to onboarded employees
  • Offer additional administrative support to Field Operations as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 year of relevant experience in similar office support role
  • Ability to be discreet and keep information confidential
  • Effective written & oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, resourcefulness & being able to prioritize tasks
  • Experience working with TV/Film Production preferred but not required
