Digital Sales Service Executive -- NFL Media Sales

Summary Description:

The SSE candidate will assist Account Executives in dealing with NFL Corporate partners, advertising agency constituents and directly with marketers. A successful candidate should have a thorough knowledge of the Digital and Social media landscape, strong media math background, excellent analytical & organizational abilities, strong interpersonal skills, experience in public speaking and the ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment.

Job Function:

  • Daily monitoring of Account Executive’s accounts
  • Organize research and competitive information for AE
  • Assist AE in identifying and developing media sales opportunities, leveraging all NFL Media
  • Prospect new business and negotiate deals
  • Act as a liaison with Integrated Marketing group to come up with sponsorship opportunities
  • Work closely with Pricing & Inventory with all client inquiries
  • Actively track liability and provide stewardship of all media schedules (including corporate deals)
  • Proactively supply sales team with competitive marketplace updates
  • Provide support to and complete additional projects as directed by AE/management
  • Assist in the collection of assets from clients to help get campaigns live
  • Manage relationship with Corporate Sponsorship group to execute all media commitments for NFL corporate partners
  • Meet with and maintain relationships with advertising agency personnel
  • Work with Research Departments in NY and LA to develop accurate and informative research stories for potential clients
  • Work with Accounting Department to resolve contract discrepancies and invoice adjustments

Experience / Special Skills / Abilities Required:

  • Knowledge of media math
  • Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication, as well as, presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Digital research tools — AdRelevance, MOAT Pro, DART, ComScore etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel required within U.S based on geographic agency/client allocation.
