Digital Production Coordinator

The NFL Network marketing team is responsible for supporting all content and marketing initiatives for the NFL Network website. This role is part-time (15-20 hours/wk), paid hourly and work can be performed off-site for some of those hours. Alongside key stakeholders, this position is responsible for managing the NFL.com/Network website as well as supporting NFL Network marketing initiatives. This position will manage website updates (photos/videos etc.), content curation, layout and production to ensure fans are aware of Network programming priorities, promotional campaigns, and where and how to tune-in to NFL Network.

Essential Functions

  • Content curation/management of NFL Network website -- developing overarching marketing story for shows, events and live games
  • Implement/publish new page layouts, site updates and other site changes to CMS
  • Traffic and order video and creative assets for digital campaigns
  • Ensure logos, branding and promotional units follow all NFL legal and brand guidelines as well as uphold the integrity of the shows and products they are promoting with continuity across all owned, paid & affiliate channels
