Digital Ad Operations Trafficker, Digital Media (Contractor)

The NFL Digital Media Marketing Group is seeking a Digital Ad Operations Trafficker. This person in this role will assist in the campaign management & analysis of the ad operations component of all onsite promotional, digital media marketing and mobile display advertising initiatives for Digital Media campaigns. Previous experience Ad Ops experience is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Online advertising operations responsibilities include trafficking house ad banners and pre-rolls, inventory management, campaign optimization & ad serving reporting
  • Develop, schedule, and maintain the marketing/house display and pre-roll banner campaign insertion orders
  • Ad serving analysis – track performance data, analyze results, and optimize campaigns
  • Manage the guidelines and documentation for digital media promotional creative approval and quality control process
  • Facilitate outsourcing of rich media creative production and QA testing
  • Interact with other internal NFL departments related to online initiatives requiring ad serving promotional support
  • Manage workflow and communication to ensure that deadlines are efficiently and consistently met
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues with campaign delivery and performance

Skills / Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of online ad operations experience with knowledge of DoubleClick DFP system
  • Fundamental understanding of Digital Media, including digital marketing techniques, online ad networks, ecommerce, sponsorship, mobile, and digital subscription products
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Understanding of the online creative development and QA process
  • Familiarity with the development and execution of online promotions
  • Knowledge of DoubleClick specific and general industry ad serving technologies, including online advertising best practices, advertising measurement, re-targeting and industry guidelines.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
