This position is responsible for a broad range of transactional and advisory work (potentially including the following areas: commercial policy development, consumer product licensing, corporate development, corporate sponsorships, entertainment events, game operations, information technology, international, and marketing). Candidates should be experienced in structuring, negotiating, and drafting complex commercial agreements. This position will have extensive contact with internal business clients, club counsel, and other members of the NFL legal team. A
successful candidate should have a broad range of experience in various facets of the sports/entertainment industry and a strong knowledge of issues that arise when dealing with licensing contracts, including experience in trademark and content licensing. In addition, the candidate should have excellent writing/communication skills, strong people & project management abilities, a natural ability to work & communicate effectively, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Work closely with executives across multiple business units to structure, negotiate, draft, and administer a wide range of commercial and operational agreements and policies in a fast-paced, dynamic sports and entertainment environment.
Special Skills / Abilities Required:

Contract drafting experience, with trademark/content licensing experience preferred

Ability to work independently and manage diverse, simultaneous projects for multiple business clients
