Shipping Specialist

Nextiva is looking for a Shipping Specialist to join our Operations team in Scottsdale.

Job Responsibilties:

  • Issuing, tracking and logging Returned Merchandise Authorizations (RMA’s)
  • Sending tracking numbers to customers upon request
  • Manually reordering items that have been rejected in ACE
  • Resolving issues in ticketing system (CRM)
  • Issuing claims with FedEx
  • Communication with device supplier NetX
  • Canceling orders upon request
  • Most items ship from NetX but some exceptions where item will ship from inhouse
  • Updating order address as needed
  • Handling returned orders thru NetX
  • Sending shipping labels upon request
  • Issuing RMA refund tickets to billing 


  • Attention to detail
  • Solid communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to create partnerships with all departments
  • Able to multitask in fact paced environment
  • Basic MS Office product knowledge (Word, Excel, etc.)
