- Competitive base salary and commission averaging $50K within your first year

Career Advancement:
- No degree’s required, but if you have 2-3 years outbound, multi-product selling, you’ll succeed here
- Want to lead your own sales team within 2 years? Our goal is to promote our Outbound Sales Reps to mid-level manager within 3-6 months of achieving your sales quota. From there, you’ll move up to senior level or team lead. If you do not want to move up, SiteLock may not be the place for you because that’s how we roll.

What a typical day looks like for a sales team member at SiteLock:
- Drive into our beautifully remodeled offices in North Scottsdale off the 101 & Bell
- Effectively manage your pipeline of current and prospective customers each day to identify and solve their pain points
- Collaborate with your veteran team members to upsell our 4 product solutions to these customers and ultimately help with their website security needs
- Develop in your career by adding to our culture and educating our customers on why website security is important to their online success
