WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Become an expert in one of our primary product areas
- Collect and analyze requirements from external partners and internal stakeholders
- Define potential solutions to gather feedback from cross-functional teams and validate all requirements are met
- Collaborate with Software Engineers to design, execute, and test your team's solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications through models, diagrams, and documentation
- Leverage technical and business domain knowledge to improve your product's features and underlying architecture
- Guide your team through Agile sprints to build or configure functionality within your product area
- Work with Delivery Managers to plan, organize, and prioritize your team's design and development work

Requirements
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software development. 1-2+ years of work experience is strongly desired
- You have prior programming experience or an interest in learning software development concepts and working with data models
- You have demonstrated experience driving and executing on use cases, test cases, and sequence diagrams
- You understand or have interest in learning the software development life cycle and development methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Lean
- You are self-motivated and have experience maintaining your workflow independently
- You are a creative and proactive problem solver and feel comfortable proposing multiple solutions to a variety of issues in a real-world environment
- You possess excellent communication skills and can easily organize your thoughts into clear, consumable deliverables
- You have experience juggling multiple priorities and overlapping project timelines
- You are enthusiastic about the details of how different parts of a complex software system fit together and becoming an expert in those details
