JOIN THE [HYBRID] TEAM

NextCapital is growing, and is taking the next step forward in our evolution. We are moving to an SRE model and building a new SRE team. As part of this effort, NextCapital is looking for Site Reliability Engineers to help make it happen. These engineers will work closely with the Site Reliability Architect, the VP of Technology Operations, and leadership stakeholders in the Software Engineering group as we develop and implement our SRE strategy. We plan to use the Google SRE book as our template and apply as many of its tenets as is practically possible. If you're interested in helping to define a new SRE team as it is built from scratch and to be able to provide your input from the very beginning, we want to talk to you.
