Sr. Project Coordinator - MACBIS


NewWave is currently looking for a Sr. Project Coordinator who will support the MACBIS PMO Program. The qualified candidate will be responsible for coordinating program and project activities within one of the MACBIS PMO Projects (MACPro, T-MSIS, Pharmacy), or across all projects for enterprise program support. This will include supporting project managers and their teams in varying tasks to support their requirements. Ad hoc project tasks, reporting, and meeting support are tasks included in this position. Candidate should possess strong organizational skills, strong Microsoft Office skills, outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and the desire and capability to perform as part of a team.


Performs duties and responsibilities commensurate with assigned functional area within a department(s) which may include, but are not limited to, any combination of the following tasks:

  • Planning & Execution:
  • Autonomously perform internal (team) and external (customer) project coordination and support tasks without management intervention.
  • Participates in planning and development of ideas and processes, and take lead roles in their execution in support of MACBIS PMO objectives.
  • Coordination and Meeting Management:
  • Provides support and coordination to the overall program team.
  • Take ownership of meeting invite management, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes for select meetings.
  • Coordinates and collaborates with other functional customer areas as required.
  • Facilitate both internal and external meetings, including customer involvement.
  • Perform ad hoc supporting tasks as requested by manager
  • Status Reporting:
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly status reports as required, representing the accomplishments, issues, concerns, risks, near term plans, and hours expended for their area of responsibility.
  • Assists in the development, acquisition, reporting, and maintenance of metrics and measures across all task areas.
  • Perform ad hoc supporting tasks as requested by manager


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience working in a professional environment and/or providing support on a systems project.
  • 2+ years of experience involving status reporting efforts
  • Specific skills related to project administration, reporting, meeting admin, telecom, etc. .


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing
