Recruiter/ Compensation and Benefits Manager

The NeuroLeadership Institute is looking for a detailed oriented individual who specializes in a human approach to Compensation and Benefits and Recruitment.

Must have
At least 5 years of experience processing payroll, with multi-state payroll systems, similar to ADP.
At least 1 year of accounting experience, including payroll-related journal entries and reconciliations.
At least 3 years of benefit administration duties including; onboarding, enrollment, benefit changes, open enrollments, and terminations.
Strong data analysis and Excel/Sheet skills
Powerful resume screening capabilities; diverse and app-savvy search strategies
Experience hiring from relationship-based industries (not transactional ones) like management consulting and professional services firms.
An understanding that search and selection are about potential, and that each applicant should be viewed through an all-positions search mode.
Comfortable with dynamic job descriptions and a fast-paced, start-up like work environment.
Demonstrated attention to detail, presentation, and organizational skills.
