Membership Services for Corporate Learning

The NeuroLeadership Institute’s (NLI) Corporate Membership provides the market’s only neuroscience-based insights to human resources and talent leaders. Our thought leadership and resources support organizations’ strategic thinking and planning in Culture and Leadership, Performance, and Diversity & Inclusion. We keep leaders ahead and informed with the most contemporary practices through an annualized, ongoing service model.
We’re looking for a product manager to enhance the corporate member experience.

More specifically, this product manager will:
Customer-centric and a customer advocate
Link content creation, research, and events to create a compelling product for sales and renewals
Enable the best experience for both NLI’s sales executives (what we call “Research & Solutions Consultants” (or RSCs)) as well as potential members during the pre-membership phase
Manage and update commercial support materials, such as welcome call templates, log-on instructions, demo materials, and usage reports.
Serve as the first and centralized point of contact for incoming member requests
Drive quick resolution of service issues for members
Coordinate with content team to enable regular Corporate Member portal updates and new communications to member base
Coordinate with web services team to ensure portal interface is easy to use and up to date with all new content
Build and oversee calendar of member events and recruitment of attendees
Strategize about how to better serve existing members as well as expand our future value proposition and partner on execution
Partner with research and development to generate client advisory forum
Leverage CRM and other technologies to improve communication and towards renewals
Lead and monitor behind-the-scenes operations, including but not limited to proper member logo use on marketing materials, track member usage metrics, and allocation of membership event passes
Partner with contracting, as needed

Key skills and attributes:
Experience with research-based, B2B services - minimum of 1 year corporate experience
Understanding of the competitive landscape
Experience with consultative solutions that engage C-level executives as well as leaders in talent management, learning, and HR
Project management skills  
Strong writing and speaking skill
Attention to detail
Eagerness to serve external and internal clients
Ability to partner with multiple internal functions, including but not limited to content, research, sales, and marketing
Proficiency with user interface and ability to address web-based user issues
Demonstrable intellectual curiosity for and effectiveness in synthesizing NLI’s research
