Vice President of Marketing

A day in the life as VP, Marketing? 

As Network for Good's Vice President, Marketing, you'll be an integral part of the business, helping to lead and drive all marketing-related initiatives. With growth at top of mind, this dynamic Marketing Executive will be charged with elevating the brand and improving demand generation efforts. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this B2B/SaaS marketing leader will be a player-coach, a brilliant strategist and a proven executor.  

We're looking for a passionate and dynamic leader who can: 

  • Elevate Network for Good's Position as Category Leader: Responsible for increasing NFG's brand and product awareness as the leading provider of smart and simple fundraising software 
    • Develop and own messaging architecture to support demand generation 
    • Drive awareness of NFG product in target market  
    • Drive consistent brand and messaging throughout the customer journey 
  • Inspire and Coach to a Team of Top Marketing Talent: Lead a team of dynamic marketing experts to Continuously improve our modern automation and marketing machine 
    • Drive consistent brand and messaging throughout the customer journey 
    • Lead a team of demand-focused marketers to grow the volume of leads, MQLs, SQLs, and opportunities 
    • Optimize engagement patterns for each stage of the customer journey through campaigns, including: blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, infographics, email campaigns, landing pages, advertising, webinars, nurture streams, etc. 
    • Personify and build upon an internal culture of collaborative, learning-based, teamwork-focused growth 
  • Develop New and Innovative Channels to Drive Pipeline: Test and measure new campaigns to  
    • Consistently innovate to generate new channels that will drive additional pipeline 
    • Work closely with sales, customer success and product ensure we accelerate our growth 
    • Inspire team members to push boundaries, discover new approaches 
    • Maintain reporting and metrics on marketing and communications activity, effectiveness, business impact, and sales-attribution 

About You: 

  • You love Marketing! You have a proven track record of delivering quality results in a fast-paced high-growth environment!  You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and team focused environment! 
  • You are experienced! 
    • Ideally you have 10+ years of Marketing experience in a SaaS environment.  
    • You are a Brand, Demand Generation and Marketing Operations expert. You can help mentor and nurture a team of growing marketing leaders. 
    • You have a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. 
    • You are obsessed with metrics, data and performance. 
  • You're friendly! You can build relationships with different roles and departments! 
  • You're detail oriented! You are passionate about getting it right, the first time! You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can communicate information quickly and succinctly. 
  • You're self-motivated! You enjoy multi-tasking effectively. 
  • You're trustworthy! You have strong ethical behavior and can be trusted to bring in the right cross-functional teams to get the job done!  
  • You want to DO GOOD! You are ready to work for a Certified B, social impact company that is looking to do good faster!
