Job Summary

Positions and sells the full NetApp portfolio of products, services, and solutions and maintains relationships with one of our key growing Global Accounts, Samsung on a worldwide basis. Primary responsibilities include expanding and developing the global relationship with a Global Account; mainly Samsung but could include managing of Hyundai Global Accounts. Managing the Samsung Global Account will be at least 70% of the job.

The Global Enterprise Manager(GEM) manages globally the virtual team connected to this Global Account, setting both the mid and long-term strategy as well as managing the day-to-day operational activities and coordination towards this important customer.

Job Requirements


  • To be successful in this role, we are seeking for someone that has experience dealing with both the Samsung and Hyundai accounts, the right energy to drive customer engagements forward, ability to bring in the right resources and expertise.
  • Proven track-record in developing accounts is a must
  • Experience with Samsung IM Division is a huge plus
  • For effective management for a virtual team of Samsung and Hyundai in Globals, communication skill in both Korean and English is required.
