Our placement / intern roles last 12 months and are part of our EMEA intern programme. We typically start interviewing from January with a view to completing hiring by February.

Job Summary

As a Graduate Cloud Solutions Architect within NetApp's go-to-market team, you will be primarily responsible for supporting pre and post sales activities of our services to new and existing customers. You will use your excellent technical and communication skills to work with sales and professional services teams, partners and resellers, to ensure the best possible solution is delivered.

Essential Functions

  • Become a subject matter expert in regards to NetApp's Public Cloud Services (Focusing on Azure NetApp Files, Amazon FSxN for Ontap, Cloud Volumes service, Cloud Volumes ONTAP, Cloud Manager and Cloud Backup Service among others)
  • Drive enablement and adoption of NetApp's public cloud portfolio.
  • Develop technical collateral to highlight best practices, architectural design work, lab testing, and publishing documentation.
  • Participate in customer meetings and meetings with Sales Reps
  • Guide customers support Proof of Concepts (POC)

  • Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills - to work successfully with prospects, customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Be able to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • A quick study - the ability to learn new technologies and how to apply them to Customer needs

  • Business trips and working on site with Customers when necessary

Your Profile

  • You will have successfully completed a BSc or MSc in 2021, ideally in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Informatics or similar. Other Degrees will be taken into account.
  • Fluency in English is essential to cover accounts in many EMEA countries.
  • You must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship. Please refer to the recruiter for roles in other global locations.
