We are currently seeking an Associate Marketing Manager, Packaging Operations to join the Nestle Waters Marketing organization based in Stamford, CT. This position will be responsible for supporting day-to-day business management and packaging execution, managing cross-functional teams, and contributing flawless execution of new packaging artwork and graphics on time and in full.

Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for E-Content Hub Routing, timeline management, packaging tracker build and reporting.
  • Cross functional interaction with procurement, printers, separator and brand marketing
  • Material technical specification creation and management
    o Dimensional die-lines
    o Material performance characteristics (engagement with suppliers)
  • Artwork specification management
    o Die-lines
    o Color standards
    o Product sourcing statements
    o UPC creation / maintenance
  • Facilitate pre-production meetings
  • Own NWNA / vendor pre-press relationships
  • Manage pre-press budgets
  • Supporting print content quality/reviewing samples
  • Support press runs as needed
Key qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Marketing for Packaged Goods
  • Project management skills is a must
  • Cross-functional experience (i.e. printer, separator, agency, procurement etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to effectively interface at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative, develop and seek out creative and deploy projects
  • Strong strategic, analytical skills.
  • Must have strong knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
