Senior Director of Sales
What you will do:
The purpose of this position is to lead, direct, and coordinate the sales activity of the NEP products and services throughout Asia & India, including the Sales and Account Management teams at the direction of the President, NEP Singapore, to meet and exceed company sales objectives and to ensure the effective management of key client relationships.
o Plan and manage with the President, NEP Singapore, the goals, objectives, policies, and programs for all sales activity.
o Work with the President, NEP Singapore, to develop and facilitate strategic sales initiatives for the sales group based upon research, client relationships, skill sets and team dynamics to meet or exceed revenue and EBITDA targets established for the division.
o Manage, mentor, and coach Sales Team.
o Work with President, NEP Singapore, to develop, lead, mentor, and manage client teams that are capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
Sales processes and administration
o Develop bid and pricing methodologies to ensure maximum profitability while balancing and increasing market share and monitor compensation and commission programs.
o Identify and qualify business opportunities and revenue sources for NEP working closely President, NEP Singapore, and team based on market research, client inquiry and competitor analysis developing plans with appropriate team members to be implemented. Implement and monitor plans to ensure execution of strategy to develop new business with existing and new clients and increase NEP's client base.
o Develop proposals and provide price quotation information and reports in order to keep management informed of progress and business activity for NEP sales.
o Respond to customer service inquires and satisfaction issues thereby developing relationships with every client. Develop the appropriate tools for client satisfaction benchmarks and initiatives to meet the results of those benchmarks.
Work within One Team
o Work with sales teams at all divisions of NEP to coordinate joint sales and to market additional NEP services to clients.
What you will need:
• 10+ years in sales
• 5+ years in a sales leadership role
• Significant sector specific experience, e.g. broadcast services, production, right holding, event companies
• Experience in working and living abroad is a plus
• Collaborative and trans-formative leader adept at generating buy-in to achieve operational changes aligned with business goals.
• Demonstrated skills in interpersonal and professional communication and an ability to interact with a wide range of personnel.
• Strong relationship building skills and team orientation.
• Must be capable of critical thinking and use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses and apply them to a task or procedure.
