Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Fosters an open, collaborative climate that encourages innovation and curiosity and rewards creativity
• Is responsible for the agency’s financial operations with a focus on profitability, cash flow, external and internal contracts, benefits analysis, invoicing, forecasting, and payables
• Supports executive management in client contractual/rate card negotiations by analyzing anticipated staffing levels using benchmark rates and pricing models
• Reviews SOWs, estimates, and project proposals to ensure staffing and rates are aligned with financial goals and monitors throughout the year to identify inefficiencies and ensure profitability
• Evaluates staff capacity, allocation, employee utilization, and client profitability; presents findings to senior management and makes recommendations on growing profit margins
• Minimizes risk by developing effective strategies and implementing client-focused solutions
• Explores and develops new areas for agency growth and profitability
• Collaborates with group leads on financial planning and the agency’s fiscal health
• Integrates all systems and processes to maximize their potential

Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business (Finance, Marketing, or Management a plus)
• Advanced degree preferred but not required
• Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and network agency experience is a must
• Ability to add financial language to client and vendor legal agreements
• High-energy leader with proven ability to focus teams toward common goals
• Exceptional interpersonal communication (written and verbal) and a great sense of humor
