As Director, G&T Relationship Management with the National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation (CFC), you will provide relationship management and seek to grow loan volume for CFC's portfolio of generation and transmission cooperatives. This position will contribute to the team's strategic direction, provide management of team members, and serve as a resource within the G&T industry to further CFC's goal of being our member's most trusted financial resource.
Responsibilities include:
• Developing and maintaining consultative relationships with G&T managers, CFOs and Directors through regular, on-site visits.
• Leading and managing the transaction structuring and pricing process.
• Monitoring credit compliance, analyzing associated risks, and making recommendations for appropriate resolution.
• With group management, provide strategic team direction.

In order to be successful, you will need:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business or accounting. MBA preferred.
• 7 or more years of related corporate lending experience, utility industry desirable.
• Ability to perform significant business travel and work under strict deadlines.
• Expertise in presenting financial information to senior executives.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
