National Corporate Housing is a growing company looking for an experienced Recruiter to attract, hire, and retain the best talent for our company and our clients . This person will work to identify and recommend candidates for sales, management, and support roles within the company on a local, national, and international level. This person will need to have extensive knowledge on and proven success in sourcing candidates, interviewing techniques, and state and federal laws regarding employment practices.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create job descriptions
- Work with hiring managers and clients to fill positions
- Post positions
- Review resumes that come in from job postings, internet leads, and employee referrals
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Send hiring tools to candidates
- Interview candidates
- Consistently work to create a pipeline of passive and active candidates
- Network within the industry, HR field, associations, and leverage National Corporate Housing's internal professional network to build a strong network of candidates
- Help to establish an "employer of choice" reputation for the company
- Research and recommend new and innovative recruiting and hiring tools
- Maintain all applicant data consistent with state and federal laws in addition to company policies and procedures
- Perform reference checks and background checks
- Prepare and send offer letters and rejection letters
- Assist in preparing new hire orientation packets
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Must be a fast paced, independent, individual with a drive to succeed
- Must be able to handle high volumes of calls and candidates at one time
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor's Degree is ideal
- Three to Five years of successful corporate recruiting experience
- Experience within the relocation or property management industries is a plus
- Must be able to offer and implement creative solutions in the recruiting process
- Some travel may be required
