National Corporate Housing is a growing company looking for an experienced Recruiter to attract, hire, and retain the best talent for our company and our clients . This person will work to identify and recommend candidates for sales, management, and support roles within the company on a local, national, and international level. This person will need to have extensive knowledge on and proven success in sourcing candidates, interviewing techniques, and state and federal laws regarding employment practices.


  • Create job descriptions
  • Work with hiring managers and clients to fill positions
  • Post positions
  • Review resumes that come in from job postings, internet leads, and employee referrals
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Send hiring tools to candidates
  • Interview candidates
  • Consistently work to create a pipeline of passive and active candidates
  • Network within the industry, HR field, associations, and leverage National Corporate Housing's internal professional network to build a strong network of candidates
  • Help to establish an "employer of choice" reputation for the company
  • Research and recommend new and innovative recruiting and hiring tools
  • Maintain all applicant data consistent with state and federal laws in addition to company policies and procedures
  • Perform reference checks and background checks
  • Prepare and send offer letters and rejection letters
  • Assist in preparing new hire orientation packets
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must be a fast paced, independent, individual with a drive to succeed
  • Must be able to handle high volumes of calls and candidates at one time
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree is ideal
  • Three to Five years of successful corporate recruiting experience
  • Experience within the relocation or property management industries is a plus
  • Must be able to offer and implement creative solutions in the recruiting process
  • Some travel may be required
