This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact in the transition of an IT department from a support team to a revenue generator. Reporting to the CIO, the IT Manager will play an integral leadership role in completing this transition. We are looking for an IT Manager that views technology as a driver of revenue and bottom line.

Job responsibilities:

  • Work with Sr. Leadership to transform an IT department from equipment provisioning and user support to application support and development
  • Streamline processes and integrating independent systems by coordinating with multiple division's initiatives in the areas of sales, marketing, supply chain, ecommerce, legal, service delivery, and senior leadership
  • Support internally developed and third party applications
  • Work with field staff (full time, part time, contractors) in a virtual environment
  • Up to date knowledge of cyber security risks and compliance within industry standards
  • Knowledge and understanding of Systems integration
  • Communicate with internal employees, external clientele, and third party vendors
  • Build and maintain Vendor relationships through vendor management
  • Ecommerce initiatives
  • Carry out the company Mission and Vision
  • Able to work in a fast paced, changing environment and industry
  • Managing day to day activities of department members
  • Coaching and counseling employees to better performance
  • Hiring and training employees as needed

  • Proven track record of change management and leadership within IT functions within a for profit company
  • Ideally a Bachelor's degree in technical related studies or updated certifications
  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency with ownership
  • Strong presence with ability to interact with Senior leadership
  • Well versed in multiple systems and project management
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Working knowledge of Drupal or similar content management framework is preferred but not required.
