General Manager- San Diego



National Corporate Housing looking for an experienced General Manager. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day to day sales and operations in the office. With their leadership the office will build a strong market presence and continued customer loyalty. The selected person needs to have a professional image, strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Ensure the office is profitable
  • Develop and implement short and long term strategic plans
  • Ensure office is consistent with Company standards and policies
  • Achievement of assigned sales and profit goals
  • Management of budgets and P&L
  • Review and/or acquire new inventory as needed
  • Review client relations issues and resolve when necessary
  • Perform periodic inspections to make sure inventory is up to standards
  • Gain market visibility and market share for Company
  • Attend sales calls and make presentations to C level Executives
  • Maintain appropriate marketing materials for market
  • Employ qualified associates by hiring, counseling, and training employees
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must be a fast paced, independent, motivated self-starter with a drive to succeed
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree is ideal
  • Management experience in relocation, hospitality, property management, corporate housing, travel or real estate is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • MS Office, Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Some travel may be required
