Do you want to work for a fast-growing company? MuleSoft is going through a period of growth and we want a resourceful, driven Sourcer who will use their inherent drive to find the best in the war for talent.  
MuleSoft has a unique opportunity for an exceptional Sourcer to execute the company’s day-to-day talent sourcing functions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate loves to solve puzzles, is inherently curious about people and loves research. This position also offers daily exposure to trailblazers in the integration market, thought leaders in the tech space, senior level executives including the CEO and a high performing recruiting team.

Goals for your first three months:

30 days:
  • Build the foundations of a true partnership with your recruiter and hiring managers that you will be fully supporting 
  • Gain a full understanding of your focus area along with a comprehensive grasp of the product offering 
  • Source LinkedIn and many other platforms for exceptional talent
  • Engage with candidates regarding our opportunity and challenge via InMail/telephone outreach
60 days:
  • Constant continuation of building passive pipeline for all of the requisitions you own 
  • Attend industry events and meetups to build a high caliber passive pipeline
  • Bring in top performing talent
90 days:
  • You will master our internal process and serve as the first point of contact for candidates you source 
  • You will source and guide a candidate completely through the interview process 
  • You will have successfully placed a superstar within our organization
  • Launch improvements as you identify gaps in our existing process 
The ideal candidate will have: 
  • 2+ years of successful recruitment/sourcing experience 
  • Experience improving internal hiring processes
  • A passion for results-oriented headhunting in a challenging market
  • Excellent communication skills with hiring managers, high-level executives and colleagues
  • A “do whatever it takes” attitude
  • An affinity for a strong company culture with smart teammates that care about disrupting an evolutionary technology ecosystem
