Strategic Customer Success Manager, EMEA

Customers are the lifeblood of our company and MuleSoft is looking for a strategic, sales-focused, and results-driven consultant to join our EMEA Customer Success team. The Strategic CSM is ultimately responsible for delivery of the customers business outcomes through the use of our Platform.

The ideal candidate will be as passionate about MuleSoft solutions as they are about providing an exceptional experience for every customer.

About the Position

  • Own the ultimate success of MuleSoft’s most strategic customers
  • Identify ways in which the technology can support innovation and strategic agility in response to market disruption
  • Program manage the delivery of the platform for these customers, through the coordination of cross-functional internal, customer and partner teams
  • Ensure the platform is operationalised as a business capability including wider operating model that enables the delivery of the customer’s business objectives
  • Develop and implement tailored programs that provide continued value to the customer, ensure renewals and drive long-term account growth
  • Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investments in MuleSoft
  • Identify and develop new opportunities for expansion across the customer’s business and collaborate with the sales team to ensure subscription growth and increased solution footprint

Position Deliverables:

30 days:

  • Learn, be familiar with MuleSoft solutions, positioning, competition and product suite. Internalise MuleSoft customer success stories and customer success systems and processes

60 days:

  • Begin to engage your portfolio of customers. Become fluent in their history, their goals with MuleSoft and the MuleSoft team supporting them

90 days:

  • Be fully ramped and executing against your initial portfolio of customers. Take ownership of the engagement, retention and growth of your customers

About You:

  • You’re currently a top-performing management consultant from a leading technology consultancy, with excellent academic credentials and career progression to date
  • You’re the driving force behind the delivery of large scale, transformational outcomes in leading global organisations
  • You love seeing direct, tangible and human impact of your work
  • Can come up to speed rapidly on new concepts
  • Are comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity. You create your own path vs. following others
  • Thrive on flawless execution and detailed follow-through
  • Are broadly respected for your opinions, including by senior executives
  • Are able to motive people over whom you have no direct control
  • Enjoy being at the front of a room and can energize and motivate a group
