Solutions Architect, Technical Marketing

At places like ASICS, UCSF, and New York & Company, MuleSoft helps software developers and architects connect the world’s applications, data, devices via APIs. We are looking for a Solutions Architect, Technical Marketing Manager who has the expertise to get hands-on with developer tools, develop technical positioning, and create assets such as demos, presentations, or blogs. Your work will help our reps win technical engagement, influence analysts, and uniquely position our Anypoint Platform to a technical audience (e.g., developers, architects, CIOs).

What you’ll achieve:

3 months:

  • Develop a deep understanding of MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform and its value propositions
  • Attain the designation of MuleSoft Certified Developer - Integration and API Associate 
  • Integrate your insights on technical platform unique value propositions into level-1 messaging
  • Deliver the first set of technical assets to support messaging

12 months:

  • Deliver portfolios of technical assets to support core messaging and integrated campaigns  
  • Represent our technical PoV at conferences and customer meetings 

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • A technical background with software development experience, capable of building persuasive demos
  • Exceptional written communication to build technical marketing and field enablement material that aligns with overall messaging
  • Ability to influence technical audiences (admins, developers, architects) via presentations as well as one-on-one conversations
  • Success in creating product demonstrations used by enterprise sales teams is a plus
  • Experience in product marketing, technical marketing, and/or pre-sales is a plus
  • Experience with integration and API management platforms (e.g. IBM, TIBCO, Informatica, Apigee, Dell Boomi, etc.) is a plus
