Senior Manager, People Partner

Are you looking to join a team that is building a world class employee experience? MuleSoft is rapidly expanding their People Operations team, and is looking for a People Operations leader for our Buenos Aires and Pilar sites.

 

About the Position:

In this position, you will lead People Operations in Argentina and partner with senior site leadership, managers from multiple organizations (including engineering, services and support) and employees. You’ll focus on effectively onboarding, developing, engaging and retaining the best talent in Buenos Aires and Pilar. You’ll also focus on developing and supporting leadership, building the culture and driving organizational performance.

 

Position Deliverables:

30 Days:

 

  • Understand key business strategies and priorities and how the overall people plan for MuleSoft supports them
  • Establish relationships with key business leaders and their teams while becoming immersed in MuleSoft culture
  • Take on responsibility for core people processes in Buenos Aires including onboarding and performance management
  • Establish clear priorities for People Operations in the country including leadership development and career growth

 

60 Days:

  • Deepen understanding of Engineering team (as well as other organizations with employees in Buenos Aires), the talent, the roles and the business needs
  • Support roll-out of key company-wide people programs and processes such as quarterly check-ins, annual engagement survey and leadership development
  • Complete country-wide compliance and operations review and begin executing on improvements

90+ Days:

  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with managers and employees across the sites
  • Bring the perspective of Buenos Aires and Pilar to the broader People Operations team as well as other stakeholders
  • Partner with global learning & development to create and deploy programs for Engineering and other technical employee development as well as for leadership development

About You:

  • You have worked in human resources including some experience with technical/engineering populations and experience coaching managers on a wide variety of topics including leadership development
  • You have experience relevant to a role like this that could include: working in a fast-growing company, working as the most senior HR person in a country or working for a company with a headquarters outside of Argentina
  • You have a strong understanding of relevant employment legislation in Argentina, compensation and benefits and other local market practices and requirements
  • You bring a business-focused mindset to human resources and are a creative, solution-oriented problem solver that will work with managers and employees to find an outcome that works 
  • You use analysis, empathy, data and good judgement to approach business and people situations
