MuleSoft is going through a period of high growth and we’re looking for a resourceful, driven Recruiter who will use their positive attitude and do-what-it-takes mentality to help us find the best talent out there.

We're looking for a Recruiter who will partner with Customer Success to expand a high performing team that is maniacally focused on finding the best talent out there. You will guide hiring managers on best practices, techniques, and tools for hiring while providing the best candidate experience from start to finish. This position also offers daily exposure to trailblazers in the tech space, senior level executives including the CEO and our Talent leaders. You’ll help us achieve massive growth initiatives and see the direct impact and results of your efforts. You will be working out of our San Francisco Headquarters. 

Goals for your first six months:

30 days:

  • Develop a complete understanding of our business model and recruiting processes
  • Build the foundations of a true partnership with your hiring managers and gain an understanding of the Muley profile
  • Grasp the integration space, MuleSoft’s product offering, and the company structure

90 days:

  • Master pipeline management and our internal process with little supervision
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for CS recruitment
  • Influence senior stakeholders to have a visible and active role in ensuring we’re hiring effectively

6 months:

  • Launch improvements as you identify gaps in our existing process
  • Initiate scalable change to our recruitment strategy

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience dealing with high volume pipelines in demanding recruitment environments
  • Experience with improving recruiting processes and implementing sustainable changes 
  • A passion for providing an excellent candidate experience combined with a knack for managing internal expectations
  • Excellent communication skills with managers, high-level executives, and colleagues
  • A positive “do whatever it takes” attitude
  • Mastery of Applicant Tracking Systems - Greenhouse experience is a plus!
