People Partner (HR Generalist), EMEA

About the Team: 

Are you looking to join a team that is building a world class employee experience? MuleSoft is rapidly expanding their People Operations team, and is looking for a People Operations Generalist to lead People Ops for our offices in Europe.

About the Position:

In this position, you will partner with senior regional leadership, managers from across the Field organization and employees in four countries to ensure that we are able to effectively onboard, develop, engage and retain the best talent in EMEA. Reporting to the Director of People Operations, you will also work with the lead People Partner for the Field organization (including sales, support, pre-sales, account development and consulting) on people strategy, programs, and operations.

Position Deliverables:

30 Days:

  • Understand key business strategies and priorities and how the overall people plan for MuleSoft supports them
  • Build relationships with key business leaders and their teams
  • Take on responsibility for core people processes in EMEA including onboarding, support for offers and performance management
  • Work closely with the Director of People Operations and the lead People Partner for the Field organization to establish key priorities

60 Days:

  • Support rollout of key company-wide people programs and processes such as quarterly check-ins, annual engagement survey and leadership principles/development
  • Deepen understanding of Field team, the talent, the roles and the business needs
  • Take on responsibility for highly complex employee relations situations
  • Rapidly execute on region - and organization-specific priorities

90+ Days:

  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with managers and employees across the region
  • Begin transforming existing people processes
  • Lead review and update of international benefits packages
  • Bring the perspective of Europe to the broader People Operations strategy and programs

About You:

  • You have 3-5+ years working in human resources including some experience with sales populations and experience coaching managers on employee relations
  • You have a strong understanding of relevant employment legislation in Europe (particularly the UK and Netherlands), compensation and benefits market practices and principles of employee relations
  • You bring a business-focused mindset to human resources and are a creative, solution-oriented problem solver that will work with managers and employees to find an outcome that works
  • You use analysis, empathy, data and good judgment to approach business and people problems
  • You understand that People Operations exists to support business and employee success; you desire to be a true partner throughout the organization
