Partner Marketing Manager, EMEA

About The Position:

The regional Marketing Manager plans and executes programs to acquire new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the EMEA sales and partner teams. Programs include: events joint partner activities, inbound and outbound digital activities and account based marketing programs.

Position Deliverables:

  • 30 Days
    • Develop a complete understanding of the organisation - EMEA and Marketing
    • Develop a complete understanding of our business model
    • Develop a complete understanding of the Marketing motions - globally and EMEA
    • Develop a complete understanding of the Marketing resource we have
    • Become fully versed in MuleSoft SFDC
  • 60 Days
    • Master our internal processes with little supervision, inc. expenses, budget, planning and reporting
    • Develop a complete understanding of our core positioning and messages (Kick-Start)
    • Develop a complete understanding of our existing customer base (EMEA focus)
    • Develop a complete understanding of our existing partner eco-system (EMEA focus on VAR, SI,
    • GSI)
    • Start to manage campaigns in Marketo
    • Start formulating your plan for late Q2 and H2
  • 90 Days
    • Start executing independently campaigns and activities, including delivering couple of milestone
    • projects
    • Have H2 plans locked and loaded
    • Establish your own cadence

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing at tech/software company
  • Outstanding command of English with a second European language (Dutch, German, Swedish, French)
  • Demonstrated success in supporting field, inside and channel sales teams
  • Experience managing all aspects of event marketing: research, agenda development, sponsorship negotiation, speaker placement, content creation, audience acquisition, promotion, logistics, staffing, vendor management
  • Proven ability to build and execute demand generation campaigns with a marketing automation platform, Marketo + SFDC is preferred
  • Experience with programs directed at both IT and business audiences
  • Understands how to use email, website and social media in an overall demand creation approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with multiple teams and represent the company in a positive, professional manner
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills: lead cross-functional virtual teams to deliver programs, manage multiple projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and keep all programs on schedule
  • Demonstrated success in driving innovation and operational excellence
