Partner Marketing Manager, APAC

The Partner Marketing Manager is the recommender and executor for partner campaigns across the APAC region. They will be working with partner organizations to ensure enablement activities are scheduled and campaigns are launched to generate pipeline. The ideal candidate is familiar with an indirect sales model, an excellent communicator and has a track record of building and driving marketing activities to ultimately drive and generate pipeline.

This position is perfect for the ambitious marketer who is looking to challenge themselves and work on full-funnel integrated campaigns across leading consultancies and system integrators.

Goals for your first three months:

30 days:

  • Demonstrate an understanding of MuleSoft's marketing processes and partner account plans
  • Get up to speed on MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform and partner solutions in development and existing partner marketing kits
  • Provide recommendations to improve 6-month campaign plan with strategic and top premier partners such as Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini and many more
  • Provide recommendations to improve digital communications and engagement across partner population

60 days:

  • Master our internal processes with little supervision including expenses, budget, planning and reporting
  • Develop a complete understanding of our core positioning and messages through Kick­Start, our existing customer base, and importantly, our existing partner eco­system
  • Develop newsletters, webcasts and email nurture plans
  • Plan for key partner marketing events and drive the creation of always-on programs that field teams can leverage (e.g. seminar-in-a-box for key solutions)

90 days:

  • Start planning and executing partner campaigns and activities, including delivering a couple of milestone projects
  • Have your next 3-6 month plans locked and loaded
  • Establish your own "personal" brand and cadence

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in B2B partner marketing at a SaaS company working on integrated campaigns across our key industries
  • Experience with programs directed at both IT and business audiences in Australia, and ideally, Asia
  • Demonstrated success working with channel sales teams, marketing team, senior leadership as well as partner eco-systems in a fast paced environment
  • Organized and programmatic thinker - able to develop campaign recommendations and plans
  • Creative - acknowledged for contributing out of the box thinking
  • Results-oriented - track record of creating and managing marketing programs that contribute to pipeline
