Partner Enablement Solutions Consultant, APAC

About the Team:

The Global Partner Solutions Consulting team is seeking a Solutions Consultant who can drive growth through MuleSoft Partners across the APAC business. Doing so requires a laser focus on collaborating with our Global and Regional SI Partners in APAC and enabling them to deliver game changing connectivity solutions across their customer base. This includes -

  • Mentoring and assisting partners through Pre-Sales Engagements
  • Enabling partners on technical and architectural aspects of MuleSoft platform
  • Partnering with MuleSoft Partner Leadership and Channel Managers to build the APAC region.
  • Collaborating with direct SC and AE teams to identify opportunities to engage with Partners in the region.
  • Building 1:1 relationship with the Technical executives within APAC Partner community.

About the Position:

  • Enable MuleSoft partners by delivering partner certifications, workshops and applied learning engagements (e.g., Anypoint Platform Security Review)
  • Guide our strategic Partner Architects, practice leaders and consultants through MuleSoft Point of View
  • Create and execute the top notch products for MuleSoft partners' technical and architectural enablement
  • Execute architectural workshops/engagements and PoCs with our partners
  • Create and deliver high impact technical, architectural and business-facing presentations
  • Respond quickly to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Work cross functionally with products, CTO and engineering within the MuleSoft to drive new innovations and platform functionality
  • Represent MuleSoft and our joint capabilities with our strategic partners at Industry and tech conferences

Position Deliverables:

30 Days:

  • Learn MuleSoft Anypoint Platform in your first two weeks
  • Get your hands dirty by building your first MuleSoft partner enablement product using Anypoint platform

60 Days:

  • Meet our APAC Partners and understand MuleSoft Partner business
  • Shadow deliver MuleSoft partner enablement products and customer/partner facing presentations
  • Fly solo and execute your first Partner engagement (e.g., technical or architectural presentation/workshop)
  • Partner with the partner manager and partner leadership to launch the regional enablement plan

90 Days:

  • Execute Regional Enablement plan
  • Deliver one partner technical certification
  • Deliver one partner applied engagement (e.g., Architecture Review, Security Review)

About You:

  • Passion towards partners and solutions consulting/sales engineering
  • Background in partner business with a system Integrator or a product company
  • Middleware or API Management background
  • Engineered and executed enterprise pre-sales cycles (e.g., sales engineering/solution consulting/sales consulting)
  • Demonstrated ability to grasp and learn new business models and technology paradigms
  • Experience with one or more of the following:
    • Enterprise Architecture
    • SaaS Integration
    • API Management
    • PaaS and IaaS
    • Understanding of ERP, CRM, HCM and related application software domains
