About the Position:

MuleSoft is looking for an Analyst Relations and Market Strategy Manager with a passion for technology to lead our global AR program. This person will work directly with MuleSoft’s top senior executives, as well as cross-functionally with internal teams including digital marketing, product marketing, and product management. In this role, you will accelerate and evolve the existing AR program, helping the company to:

  • Broaden visibility of the company, its strategy, and core products
  • Develop strategic relationships with our growing community of analysts worldwide
  • Collaborate with product marketing and digital marketing to deliver content and programs to drive lead generation
  • Provide product management with strategic consultation on products and services
  • Partner with the sales enablement organization and assist in driving deals with analyst support

As part of the MuleSoft Corporate Communications team, you will help drive the global communications strategy and execution for one of the fastest-growing companies in enterprise software. You will play an integral role in raising MuleSoft’s awareness, reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications to deliver against MuleSoft’s key strategic objectives.

Position Deliverables:

30 Days:

  • Develop familiarity with MuleSoft product suite, solutions, and positioning
  • Assess the current analyst relations and marketing programs and identify areas of impact and opportunity

60 days:

  • Deliver plan to operationalize global analyst relations strategy
  • Master our internal processes with little supervision including expenses, budget, planning, and reporting

90 days:

  • Deliver analyst relations playbook, which includes the strategies, approaches, programs, and actions that the company executes across briefings, inquiries, market analysis, and vendor evaluations
  • Measure and assess the effectiveness of efforts on analyst influence and engagement

About You:

  • Experience communicating complex topics effectively and creating a range of content, from analyst presentations to executive briefing materials, within the enterprise technology landscape
  • Strategic thinker with experience working successfully with senior executives to communicate business and technology messages to the analyst community, demonstrating mastery of corporate messaging and priorities
  • Proven track record of success in establishing meaningful, ongoing relationships with analysts to deliver meaningful vendor coverage
  • Self-starter with fanatical attention to detail who can work well both independently and as part of a team that is growing in size, scope, and geography
  • Ability to balance, prioritize, and deliver excellent results under tight deadlines within budget constraints
