Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage large scale technology projects for our Commercial Card Portfolio. This position is responsible for leading projects for the Commercial Card team, including platform updates and/or new platform implementation and rollout; new website and mobile app technology; moving to contactless cards; creation of new forecasting models. Help the team stay ahead of an ever-changing payment industry landscape.

Manage all project related activities from conception through execution using our ITPD project lifecycle.

Must be able to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment; and deliver large scale projects on time, to scope and within budget.

Must be able to drive a team to solutions, in a dynamic environment.

Actively ensure compliance with the Bank's Business Standards of Conduct and all Patriot Act, CIP, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, and other regulatory and compliance policies and procedures. Actively participate in any required corporate and business line Compliance Training. Follow account opening procedures and understand and follow internal suspicious activity referral requirements and processes, as required for this position. Actively work with customers to understand each customer's normal account activity, as appropriate for this position.

Qualifications
Minimum 5- 10 years of proven experience successfully delivering complex technology projects.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to interact with and negotiate at a senior management level.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Clarity, Visio

Payment Industry/Card knowledge preferred

PMP, CSM preferred
