Summary:

An Application Developer is a critical part of our technical and project management teams and is responsible for ensuring user needs are met through the development, deployment and updates of software. You will be a specialized part of an integral team of software experts put together to design, create, deploy and update applications for any number of audiences that appeal to enterprise businesses.

Major Responsibilities:

    You will be creating clean, efficient code based on specifications You will write high-quality code to program complete applications on schedule Integrate software components and third-party programs You will verify and deploy programs and systems You will design creative prototypes according to specifications Perform unit and integration testing before launch Conduct functional and non-functional testing Fix and debug applications Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code Gather and evaluate user feedback


Qualifications:

    Requires 0-3 years of application development experience with emphasis on Object Oriented analysis, design and development methodology and Systems Development Lifecycle. Good organization, planning, and interpersonal skills. Ability to program in at least one programming languages (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript, Python) and frameworks/systems (e.g. AngularJS, Git) Solid understanding and knowledge of software design and programming principles. In-depth knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems and platforms using development tools In-depth knowledge of coding and application design principles. Depending on the specialization, application developers need to know the right programming language to code for the operating system they are designing for. Extremely creative, analytical thinkers and problem solvers. Great attention to detail and time-management skills Certified application developer is a plus They possess advanced knowledge in computer programming and related technical skills. Degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, mathematics, physical/mathematical or applied science is required.
