Job Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting the testing monitoring and reporting standards and Product Services & Executions Standards (PSES) governance processes. Responsibilities include working with LoBs to perform and/or review quality assurance of PSES deliverables and control testing to ensure adherence with policy requirements. Other responsibilities include supporting LoB partners in the performance of the controls and completion of the deliverables, ensuring action items are completed to address instances of non-adherence and analysis of testing results for reporting and development of remediation actions.
Major Responsibilities:
- Support LOB execution of PSES requirements
- Perform and/or review Quality Assurance activities conducted to ensure adherence with PSES requirements
- Perform and/or review Control Testing and monitoring activities to ensure adherence with Testing, Monitoring and Reporting standards
- Communicate QA and Control testing results with LOBs and key stakeholders and monitor progress to remediate, as required
- Prepare annual test plan in adherence with Testing Monitoring and Reporting standards
- Ensure alignment of controls and monitoring to policy requirements for applicable Legal Entities
- Build strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Establish sound relationships that facilitate constructive problem solving and innovative solutions with lines of business, support departments and other program teams
- Support LOB execution of PSES requirements

- Proactively support the Program Lead and identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required, advanced degree a plus
- 7+ years in Control Testing or Risk Management in a Bank
- Working with complex enterprise processes
- Excel functions such as macros and lookups
- Attention to detail
- Experience in Products & Services risk management desirable
- Archer, Open Pages and Tableau a plus
- Process design, documentation, improvement also a plus
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Results driven, with a strong sense of accountability
- A proactive, motivated approach.
- The ability to operate with urgency and prioritize work accordingly
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to demonstrate sound judgment
- Operating independently, acting as a self-starter and problem solver
- Strong teamwork and partnering skills
The typical base pay range for this role is between $120K - $145K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
