The Opportunity

To complement our rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Strategic Account Manager who is well-versed in major account management within the home improvement industry.  This revenue-generating role will be a key contributor to the expansion of our home improvement contractor network by cultivating and managing national and super-regional strategic partnerships.

Your day-to-day

  • Own and manage strategic home improvement contractors and sales partners that will utilize financing by Mosaic
  • Originate high-quality, highly-compliant consumer loan volume
  • Deliver a world-class experience and superior support to your contractor network
  • Develop and optimize sales operations processes as needed
  • Collect, analyze, and resolve installer issues
  • Update and manage collateral for your partners
  • Manage day-to-day communications with installers and maintain accurate records
  • Conduct market intelligence research
  • Track metrics to evaluate contractors’ performance
  • Consistently exceed target loan volume metrics and goals
  • Represent contractors’ needs to Mosaic leadership and other teams including Marketing, Operations, Support, and Product Development
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Some travel required (up to 50%)
  • Based in Oakland, California but will consider remote

What you bring to the team

  • 5+ years successful B2B account management experience; preference for candidates with a track record of managing multiple key partner accounts
  • Results focused, growth mindset, with a high degree of adaptability
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Home Improvement finance industry experience preferred
  • Knowledge of various home improvement verticals preferred
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Experience with CRM required
  • Analytical and data driven
  • Ability to work well independently
  • Deep commitment to growing the movement for energy efficient home
