Vice President, Sales Trading

Responsible for trading and risk managing complex and non-standard derivative products including trades that span multiple asset classes and innovative payoffs. Manage risk and price new trades. Work with a complex equity derivative portfolio and for providing pricing and liquidity to a wide range of institutional including Hedge Funds, Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, and retail clients including private banks, and distributors. Develop quantitative risk analysis tools at product & book levels, hedging, trading in listed and broker markets, optimize hedging strategies for illiquid risks, develop scenario analysis for macro including Fed announcements, micro including dividends, corporate actions, and market events. Requires a Bachelor's in Finance, Mathematics, or related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the position offered or three (3) years as a Market Risk Analyst, Equity Derivatives Trader or related occupation. Requires Three (3) years' experience with: Equity derivatives dynamics and their market risk exposures and Greeks; executing trades and managing risk through effective risk mitigating strategies; innovating and designing new exotic payoffs to recycle risk stemming from exotic trading books; financial markets, market risks, and regulatory requirements; financial mathematics including stochastic calculus and Black Scholes; technical programming skills including Python and automating back testing and pricing tools; post trade booking operations.
