Technical Program Manager - VP
We're seeking someone to join our innovative Network Security team as a Service Delivery Manager in Cyber where you'll spearhead the global rollout of our cutting-edge IoT Armis deployment effort. You will take charge of planning, tracking, and ensuring the timely delivery of this transformative initiative, driving real impact across our organization.
In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Lead Technical Program Mgmt position at Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for overseeing and leading the execution of multipleprojects and/or programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Includes program management and related project support roles.

What you'll do in the role:
- Oversee the end-to-end management of multiple technical projects.
- Oversee the planning and execution of multiple technical programs.
- Ensure alignment of program goals with business objectives.
- Monitor program progress and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and issues.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
- Prepare and present program status reports to senior leadership
What you'll bring to the role:
- Ability to effectively manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.
- Advanced understanding of business line and discipline with some knowledge of competitive environment and other disciplines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in program management, with a focus on team leadership & delivery
- Deep expertise in project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously.
- Ability to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- At least 10 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
