.Net Developer-Associate-Software Engineering
Profile Description
We're seeking someone to join our team as .Net C# Developer who can be an Agile squad member and interact with other squad members as well as external stakeholders including business and technology partners (local as well as global) across Wealth Management, infrastructure team, architecture team to deliver the objectives.
In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a .Net Dev position at Associate level, which is part of Software Engineering job family that develops and maintains software solutions that support business needs.

What you'll do in the role:
- Design, code, and implement highly scalable and reliable web-based .net services
- Perform ongoing improvements and maintenance (i.e. new features, refactoring of code, library upgrades, bug fixes, performance improvements, etc.)
- Deliver on all phases of development work from initial kick-off, technical setup, application development, and support.
- Identify opportunities for adopting new technologies to solve existing needs along with designing for future challenges
- Embrace emerging standards while promoting best practices
- Coordinate with business and other teams as necessary
- Manage your own time, and work well both independently and as part of a team
What you'll bring to the role:
- At least 3 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
- Experience in these Mandatory skills: .Net Core, Parallel programming, Threading, Web Api, Design pattern; very strong experience and mastery in writing unit and integration test cases, AWS S3 SDK, Apache Kafka, CI/CD (Nugget, TeamCity, GIT, etc.) , SQL (SQL server)
- Knowledge of Observability stack (Prometheus for metrics, Jaeger for Tracing, Grafana for visualization) and OTEL Library/SDK are pluses
- Highly self-motivated, with the ability to complete tasks with minimal to no guidance, and to learn quickly and independently
- Energetic, Honest, Punctual, Goal oriented
- Excellent time management skills, ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities to meet short deadlines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent soft skills, teamwork and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in UNIX/Linux
- Visual Studio IDE proficiency
- Agile/Scrum methodologies, daily standup calls, sprints, etc.
