Structured Transactions Mid/Senior Level Associates

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading international law firms, seeks to hire two highly qualified midlevel to senior associates with law firm experience to join our structured transactions practice in the Chicago, New York, or Washington D.C. offices.

Practice description
Our structured transactions lawyers are recognized leaders in the global structured finance industry, working from offices in the United States, London, Asia, and the Middle East. Our clients - issuers and underwriters, lenders and borrowers - are among the most highly respected global companies and financial services institutions. Simply put, our practice has no borders. We are key players in the structured finance markets and have been since their inception. We understand the evolution of structures because we were involved in many of the industry's key firsts, and we are on top of the quickly changing regulatory landscape.

Experience in corporate and/or finance transactions required. Background in structured finance and securitization a plus but not a requirement. We are looking for someone with a strong academic background and excellent deal execution and drafting skills. A successful candidate would be a self-starter who can take ownership of projects and who will also be a team player and able to interact effectively with clients. We value collegiality and diversity among our lawyers and seek to make the practice both professionally and personally rewarding. Bar membership required.
