monday.com is looking for a talented Renewal Manager who will work closely with our customers to negotiate and help execute renewal contracts! You'll be a key and valued member of our Customer Success team.

This Renewal Manager will be expected to drive continuous improvement of the playbooks and processes while collaborating with multiple teams in the organization.

Please note that this role is on a hybrid model in our NYC location.

About The Role

monday.com is looking for a talented Renewal Manager who will work closely with our customers to negotiate and help execute renewal contracts! You'll be a key and valued member of our Customer Success team.

This Renewal Manager will be expected to drive continuous improvement of the playbooks and processes while collaborating with multiple teams in the organization.

Please note that this role is on a hybrid model in our NYC location.

  • Drive and own the renewal processes in collaboration from reachout and negotiation to confirmation of payment.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success, finance and sales teams to retain customer contracts, secure renewal and support the accounts' growth.
  • Negotiate renewal terms to align with the customer and the company goals
  • Maintain a rolling 90-day renewal forecast by segment and/or territory
  • Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.).
  • Enhance the renewals process playbook to maximize account and ARR retention
  • Handle escalations relating to contract questions, negotiations, and requests.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Account Management/Renewal Management/Customer Success ideally in SaaS companies
  • Drive and own the renewal process E2E
  • Work closely with the customer success, finance and sales teams to retain customer contracts, secure renewal and support the accounts' growth.
  • Negotiate renewal terms to align with the customer and the company goals
  • Maintain a rolling 90-day renewal forecast by segment and/or territory
  • Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.).
  • Enhance the renewals process playbook to maximize account and ARR retention
  • Handle escalations relating to contract questions, negotiations, and requests
  • Motivated by supporting others to achieve success and growing individuals
