- Develop UX writing style guides and standards.
- Write clear content for our product in monday.com's content style and aligned with our values.
- Conduct product and user research and test copy as part of the content creation process.
- Own every stage of the contentcreation process.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders across the company.
- Mentor UX writers and elevate the entire team's ability to write UX content.
Your Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX writing in English.
- 1+ years in leading a team.
- You have strong leadership and social skills.
- You have experience collaborating closely with R&D and Product & Design teams.
- You have a positive attitude with a willingness to put aside ego for the sake of what's best for the team.
- You possess the ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You have excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- You are creative and an outside of the box thinker.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a deep-rooted understanding of how to guide users with a good experience.
- Comfortable running usability testing to measure and continually improve the user experience.
- The ability to work well within and across teams, and give and receive constructive feedback.
- Fluent English speaker and writer.
