Full Stack Developer

Our sales team is growing and we are looking for a strong Staff Developer in our Solutions Engineering (Product Experts) to join the NYC team. As a PreSale Engineer at monday, you'll play a critical role in helping our prospects understand the value of our platform. Through your deep product knowledge, expertise in how companies use and deploy SaaS applications, you'll support our sales team with the sales processes. We are looking at experienced individuals that would be able to establish the team's methodologies and streamline our sales processes.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office

  • Creating a new apps and iterating to reach product-market fit.
  • Take ownership of the whole production process on all the stack - from server to UI to let users know.
  • Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product and Customer Success teams, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • You will play a critical role in helping our prospects understand the value of monday
  • Work closely with our salespeople and help streamline monday's sales process Map out prospects' business processes.
  • Help to strategize large opportunities Identify problems and opportunities, make decisions and analyze results.

Your Experience & Skills

  • A deep technical curiosity for how IT systems work in a business context A soul of an entrepreneur and a passion for solving challenges.
  • 4+ years of experience in start-up and/or entrepreneurship.
  • Experience and love for engineering. Work experience and understanding of Product development.
  • Understanding the business world and identifying business opportunities. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Degree in Computer Science (preferred).
  • Knowledge of server-side technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or Ruby
  • Experience with React (preferred)
  • Understanding of cloud computing technologies and services, such as AWS and Azure Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and SVN Ability to work with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $100,000-$130,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes the opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity-based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
