Sales Technology Support Specialist

As a Technical Sales Support Specialist, you would provide key information, tools, training, and support to help the sales organization reach their growth goals


Segment Specialization:
 Single point of contact for sales segment responsible for intake of Account Executive/RVP inquiries and providing operationally sound and customer-focused solutions from inception to resolution
o Acts as owner and liaison between sales and internal departments and external service providers
o Investigates internal opportunities for improvement, determines root cause, and challenges the standard procedure to ensure sustainable processes are achieved and communicated timely back to the various stakeholders
o Subject matter expert (SME) for designated segment with regard to various sales operations initiatives
 New hire onboarding and offboarding process implementation and process improvement
Sales Communication:
 Coordinate and build collateral information and communications to provide sales with relevant information that supports their selling initiatives
 Monthly sales presentation preparation
o Develop/coordinate subject matter with functional areas
o Orchestrate logistics for these presentations
o Coordinate and lead webinars with salesforce
Business Sales/Reporting:
 Develop and provide analytics that provide sales focus which drive actions and behaviors that support sales growth
Sales Enablement & Support:
 Provide tools, resources and training that support efficient and productive AE ‘day in the life’ activities
 Lead support role for Account Executive Order Ownership tool (AOO)
Sales Technology Support:
 Device and App Support - Coaching/ Mentoring/ Best Practices, How can I?
 Coordinate and lead webinar training sessions on ‘how to’ as new technology is launched
 Coordinate return/ re-deployment of mobile equipment from Sales




College degree in business/ related field preferred, or experience in a related job field


Experience working with Customer Relationship Management tools and Salesforce Automation Systems preferred
 Experience with interpretation and creation of reports using various data sources
 Experience in delivering data and communicating meaningful metrics.
 Demonstrates advanced to expert proficiency levels in MS Office SuiteSkill set that includes command of working independently, setting priorities, handling multiple tasks with concentration, speed and accuracy to meet deadlines.
 Exceptional organizational skills.
 Leadership skills that drive/motivate Sales AEs without having direct supervisory responsibility. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Strong multi-tasking skills to manage multiple projects under supervision
 Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required
 Ability to work well with others at all levels of the operation
 Ability to deal with a fast-paced, dynamic environment
 Proven project management skills with multiple, complex projects
 Experience supporting several functional organizations; knowledge and understanding of key metrics driving a sales environment
 Understands how business process impacts reporting
