Support the promotional sales organization by providing analytical and administrative reporting.

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage all reporting needs for promotional sales
  • Build claim reports with attached pictures
  • Manage Mohawk Home monthly total reporting
  • Enter orders for Dalton Dealers and Rug Cutters
  • Answer incoming calls & assist with order entry
  • Assist with sample manufacture and packing for winter markets
  • Provide backup for Promotional Sales Coordinators

Qualifications

 

 

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 0 -3 years of Customer Service/Support or Order Entry experience preferred
  • Experienced in AS400, Microsoft Excel/Word

 

  • Ability to build relationships
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to work in a team environment
