IT Fall Internship 2017

Who are we?

MM.LaFleur is a fast-growing fashion tech start-up based in New York City, founded by two former management consultants and the former head designer at Zac Posen. We aim to be the wardrobe solution for all professional women, creating luxury apparel and accessories at affordable price points that are delivered via a seamless, direct-to-consumer stylist experience.

Who are you?

You are a college student who wants to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial fashion environment and has an interest in the IT field. No task is above or below you, from setting up email accounts to helping set up companywide video conferences. You’re eager to learn about the inner workings of an e-commerce start-up and the fashion industry. Above all, you are thoughtful in every sense of the word: you think strategically and critically, and also demonstrate enormous consideration for the needs of our coworkers and customers.

What do you bring with you?

  • A creative spirit with an eye for strategic thinking
  • An ability to organize, plan ahead, and anticipate problems
  • An ability to “kill with kindness”

What will you do?

You will gain experience supporting a growing organization with locations across America and over 200 employees. You will learn how to troubleshoot Network Issues, VoIP Issues, and Application Issues, etc. You would also work in a Cross-Platform Environment. Lastly, you would learn how to organize and track for the technical department of a fast paced start-up. Oh, and did we mention you’ll have fun?

Compensation 

This is a paid internship. If desired or required school credit is also offered.
