Senior Coordinator, Integrated Marketing

The Sr. Coordinator, Integrated Marketing will play an integral role in developing sales opportunities and marketing strategies for MLB Sponsorship’s portfolio of assets including: MLB Official Partnerships, MLB Network, MLB.com, MLB Social, and 30 Club websites and social accounts. The position combines big idea/platform creation, strategic planning, internal relationship building, creativity and strong organizational skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal depts. (Product, Editorial, Production, Social, Marketing, Community, Youth, etc.) on behalf of the Sponsorship team to develop and present integrated sales opportunities across the MLB media and offline landscape to maximize sponsorship and ad revenue
  • Creation and presentation of new sales, brand and marketing materials
  • Work with Sponsorship team on RFP responses and proactive pitches
  • Manage internal assets and active pitches via tracking grids  
  • Ongoing involvement in key initiatives beyond day-to-day responsibilities as assigned by Integrated Marketing and Sponsorship VPs

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in a presale Integrated Marketing role with digital experience
  • Experience in creating custom sales collateral/presentations under tight deadlines 
  • Strong knowledge of multimedia sales
  • Advanced skills in PPT and Excel
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, sales/business writing experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Creativity
