Royalty Coordinator (Billing)

  • Participate in monthly Consumer Products group meetings to review and provide updates on outstanding A/R balances, and to resolve any billing and collections issue
  • Create payment history and customer statements for Consumer Products and Legal as requested
  • Process and distribute advances/guarantee and marketing fund invoices to licensees on a monthly basis
  • Process daily cash batches in Royalty System and apply cash to the appropriate invoices
  • Assist in monthly bank reconciliation

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Access and Power Point expertise
  • Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
  • 1-3 years royalty, accounts receivable and/or general accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
