Job Description
Responsible for carrying out the operational and administrative processes for Age and ID Department
Duties:
- Maintained the database system updated with the information of the cases or prospects.
- Coordinate contractor services.
- Assign Investigations cases and follow up when require
- Prepare analyses and reports throughout the year for DR and Main Office
- Collect data from MLB related entities
- Responsible for the bank account opening process for Dominican Players
- Invoice review and processing in the accounting system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related careers
- 2+ years of related experience
- Experience with Oracle a plus
- Advanced English (oral and written)
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills.
- Detailed oriented.
- Able to collect, analyze and summarize information.
- Excellent interpersonal relations.
- Able to work effectively under pressures of management deadlines
