Job Description

Responsible for carrying out the operational and administrative processes for Age and ID Department

Duties:

  • Maintained the database system updated with the information of the cases or prospects.
  • Coordinate contractor services.
  • Assign Investigations cases and follow up when require
  • Prepare analyses and reports throughout the year for DR and Main Office
  • Collect data from MLB related entities
  • Responsible for the bank account opening process for Dominican Players
  • Invoice review and processing in the accounting system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related careers
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Experience with Oracle a plus
  • Advanced English (oral and written)
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Able to collect, analyze and summarize information.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations.
  • Able to work effectively under pressures of management deadlines
