We're seeking an experienced and creative Program Manager to drive our efforts to become leaders in leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) in communications and public affairs work, and increase the organization's productivity overall using AI. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing AI solutions to drive productivity, enhance decision-making process and enable our teams to focus on high-priority work. This Program Manager will not just be aware of AI functionality and tools, but is steeped in it - they've found ways to optimize their own workflows, bolster their productivity, and are constantly looking for new ways to integrate AI in their work. This person knows advanced ways to leverage AI tools, and can identify creative, non-obvious technical AI solutions.

Program Manager, AI Transformation Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI transformation strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas where AI can drive significant impact and improve business outcomes
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions that address specific business challenges and opportunities
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and integration of AI solutions
- Create and deliver training programs to educate employees on AI concepts, applications, and benefits
- Establish metrics and benchmarks to measure the success of AI initiatives and provide regular progress reports to leadership
- Stay up-to-date on the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and enterprise AI products
- 8+ years of experience in a program management or product management role, with a focus on AI or digital transformation
- Demonstrated understanding of AI concepts, applications, and benefits, with a working knowledge of major AI applications and technologies
- Demonstrated familiarity and usage of AI tools, including knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and enterprise AI products
- Demonstrated communication skills, with demonstrated collaboration efforts with technical and non-technical stakeholders of all levels
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills with strategic and creative thinking
- Experience with change management and organizational transformation initiatives
- Experience driving and influencing continuous improvement, both in yourself and your teams
- Experience leveraging AI tools, and can identify creative, non-obvious technical AI solutions
- Experience working in a communications or public affairs organization, and familiarity with the type of work done by communications and public affairs teams

$145,000/year to $204,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
